Gone Swimming
Sophie loves to swim. She splashes and plays, floats and tries to drink the water. She swims for hours without a break, until she is all pruny and I insist that she be done. We put so much sun screen on her that we can usually get her hair into a mohawk that will stay all day, but alas, I have no picture of it. But I do have this picture which I have entitled: Sophie, the Pool Princess.

this is the kind of picture that needs to come out again at her high school graduation open house. if nothing else, it might be worth a lot in hush money.
