One Promised Picture

This is Jacob getting ready for the Polar Bear Plunge. He's in the front wearing the blue trunks with white stripes.

This picture is taken as the crowd is voting for best costume, the police against the fire dept. People, it just doesn't get more gripping than this in a small town.

I would like to note that the firemen are wearing panyhose. I'm not sure why, and I've tried not to think about it too hard.
